Did you know –

• that that the two draws by Division 1 and Division 5 in Round 7 of Saturday Pennant was only the third time we have had two draws in the one round – the last being in 1969/70. (1940/41 Round 4 A Grade v City 106 apiece & B Grade v Ballarat 96 apiece and 1969/70 Round A1 Grade v Creswick 91 apiece & B2 Grade v Lake Wendouree 87 apiece)
• that East Ballarat is the Club we have played against most in Saturday Pennant – 576 games followed by Victoria 461 games, Ballarat 458 games, North Ballarat 438 games, Ballarat City (now defunct) 413 games & BMS (inc RSBC, SMBC etc) 405 games.
• Charlie Bolte, with 718 games at the commencement of this 2020/21 season, sits in 3rd place for the most Saturday Pennant games for the Club behind RW (Bob) Jackson on 879 games and Trevor Bennett on 753 games.
