We are currently taking bookings for Barefoot Bowls for Christmas and New Year functions 

***SPECIAL OFFER***  Become a Social Member for $60 and you can bowl anytime you like free – subject to competitions and other functions. Only $60 and you have access to Club rooms and social events including drinks at member prices.

Whether you are trying to find a location for your work Christmas party/social outing, birthday gathering or you just want a relaxing time with a few friends, City Oval Bowling Club is the perfect location. We provide bowls and friendly club members – grumpy club members come at a fee –  to help train you on the art of bowling for those who want to learn, or we can just let you go and experience the fun yourself.

Barefoot bowls options

$15 per head for two hours Rink time (approx) our general guide line is 8 – 10 people per rink This allows up to 8  people playing with others eating, drinking, talking etc. with plenty of time to learn then run a mini competition. If you have a bigger group our co-ordinator will assist on the number of rinks required.

Available (unless previously booked) are

• Friday 2pm – 4pm
• Friday 4pm – 6pm
• Friday 6pm – 8pm

No other days are available due to renovation of our greens

Catering options

BYO Food and nibbles or picnic basket for larger groups consider arranging food van or ordering a pizza delivery from Domino’s a, club sponsor.

Onsite liquor license. No BYO.

BBQ ready to be utilised. Cost of hire is $25.

Parking is plentiful and free.

Kitchen facilities are available (subject to other bookings) or we can recommend professional catering.

2. Bare Foot Bowling is Daylight Hours Only. No Drinks or smoking is permitted on the greens
3. Club house and some rinks may be in use by City Oval Bowlers
